If you are not able to book the tickets online then you can also book the same ticket offline. You just need to send an email to b2bflighthelpdesk@makemeytrip.com . You will get the option on your registered email id and you can send us your final option with confirmation via email. We will book ticket on your behalf and send you the print out.

No, we only offer ‘book international flight’ feature on our B2B site at the moment but within 2 months, we will have a ticket holding feature too on our B2B platform. For now, you can hold your international ticket with the help of our helpdesk team.
You just need to drop an email with original PNR to our help desk team (b2bflighthelpdesk@ZenithTravel.com). They will do the needful and send you the new ticket.
You can cancel your flight ticket though online system only but if your travel time is in next 6 hours then you need to get it cancelled with the respective airline directly and accordingly share your cancellation request number with us. We shall process the refunds from our end for the same. Hotel booking can be canceled at helpdesk only because this process is offline as of now.
It is processed immediately after the confirmation of the cancellation and goes directly to the respective booking account i.e., deposit account or credit card (whichever the case be).
We have a detailed reporting model and you see it department wise and branch wise. Single user level of customization is also possible but it only happens once you are comfortable with the tool with at least 5 to 6 months of user experience

ZenithTravel does not promote any credit because we work on advance deposit model to provide best deal to our partners. To honor the request of being our partners for credit, we have the facility for credit cards usage on our platform. You can also use advance payment options like Net Banking/ Cash card if you do not want to keep any advance deposit in your account.
Our partners can use following payment options to recharge their account.
If you have already deposited the amount in our mentioned bank account and intimated us through deposit slip option on our site. It barely takes 15 minutes to upload the amount to your account after we receive the confirmation from our bank.
Yes, You can pay though a credit card but you have to register that card with us by filling simple LOA for our reference. There is a transaction charge of 1.6% per transaction whenever you will make payment through card.
We work on advance payment model so there’s no need of any invoice and reconciliation at both ends. Corporate can refer to the reports and in cases of any discrepancies, discuss the issue with a ZenithTravel.com representative.

No, we only work on the advance deposit/payment model and therefore you need to have sufficient deposit with us in order to make any booking through our corporate B2B site.

You have to drop us a written intimation for this purpose with a one month’s notice in advance. We shall refund your deposited amount within the same timeline.
All agents will get a certificate from ZenithTravel at the time of joining and we will also give our signboard as an incentive once you achieve certain number of transactions with us. You will also be provided brochures as per requirement to sell any particular package.
